Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Mc Henry, Maryland. Completed plans call for the addition of a theater / auditorium; for the demolition of a theater / auditorium; for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.

As of January 10, 2023, the general contractor confirmed the project was completed in September 2022. The project is comprised of a 9,500 square foot renovation of Building 800, which is an old gymnasium, and a 16,000 square foot addition to create a new Community Education and Performing Arts Center. The renovated space will house a proscenium stage, shallow orchestra pit, and flexible theater with seating for approximately 450 occupants. The project calls for the demolition and raising of the existing gymnasium roof for the new theater space. A classroom and mechanical space will also be within the renovated building. The addition will hold faculty offices, public restrooms, lobby space, and theater support spaces including dressing rooms, toilets, green room, and climate-controlled piano storage. The addition will also include general storage, mechanical and electrical spaces, and a flexible, sub-dividable multipurpose room that will function as a conference center, rehearsal space, and black box theater. All new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems will be installed throughout. The estimated construction cost is $12.5 million. Construction duration is estimated at 17 months. Substantial completion must be by October 1, 2021.
