Description

Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Hurst, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 47,209-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

Classroom and science lab additions will increase capacity by 225 students and remove all instructional space from portable buildings. Interior improvements include new paint, flooring, and restroom fixture. The project was included in the bond package approved on May 5, 2018. Design is scheduled to begin in early 2019 and construction is slated to begin in August 2019. Construction is expected to be completed in August 2020.
