As of March 17, 2025, Phase 0 is complete. Trinity High School construction expected to begin April 2025 and completion by 2031. Bell High School construction expected to begin March 2025 and completion by 2029. The proposal package shall demonstrate the Offeror's ability to deliver the "best value" to the Owner, in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the RFCSP. Bell High School is located at 1601 Brown Trail Hurst, TX 76054. Trinity High School is located at 500 N Industrial Blvd. Euless, TX 76039. Each project consists of demolition, temporary parking, fences, portable relocations, new portable procurement, new tennis courts, and associated MEP connections. The campuses will be occupied during construction, so these projects will be executed in multiple phases. Proposals are to be priced independently per campus. Additional scope: Bell HS: flex base for laydown and temp parking, concrete sidewalks, 4" asphalt and concrete curb at temp parking, additional site demo, temp fence, and sports netting.
