In general, the work consists of: To provide and install new 6" and 3" chilled water pipe line and AC coils with fans and pumps with VFDs and electrical feeds for a complete chilled water cooling system including controls for the Kellogg Gym, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Additionally, the Trustees are granting a bid incentive for evaluation purposes only to bidders that exceed the three (3) percent DVBE participation requirement. The level of DVBE incentive will correlate to the level of participation; that is, the more DVBE participation proposed, the higher the incentive.
