**As of April 19, 2024 project was awarded to EN-Tech Corp, awarded amount is $30,559,381.60.** ***Apparent low bidder from previous bid opening - Proshot Concrete, Inc $32,389,440 The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and related accessories to rehabilitate and repair the Alum Creek Trunk South (ACT-S) by applying a minimum of 2-inch liner to the full interior circumference of approximately 7,983 linear feet of existing 102-inch reinforced concrete piping, and partial lining (minimum of 270 degrees) of approximately 448 linear feet of existing 102-inch reinforced concrete pipe. Also included is approximately 177 vertical feet of manhole internal rehabilitation and three manhole riser restorations. Acceptable liner materials are listed within supplemental specification SS-14A, and may be used in all locations where the term ìshotcreteî is used throughout the contract documents. The project includes specific site access requirements, including stabilized construction entrances, stabilized access and bypass piping routes, trail replacement, stabilized laydown and work areas, and stabilized manhole work areas. The Contractor will be responsible for pedestrian and vehicular maintenance of traffic, adhering to weight limit restrictions, installation of construction fencing and safety measures, sediment and erosion control, site restoration, and other associated work as specified in the drawings and specifications of the Contract. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 12.0%.
