Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves work for which consists of approximately 1,844 feet of new 12"/18"/24"/72"/96" storm sewer, 25 structures (curb inlets/catch basins/manholes), 789 feet tunnel for 96" storm pipe, 196 feet jacked liner for 18" storm pipe, 823 feet of new 2"/4"/6"/8" water main, water service lines, pavement planing/replacement, modification of existing CSO regulator and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract. Extended Warranties, service contracts and performance bonds are also included under the CONTRACTOR's Special Express Warranties. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a Maintenance Bond equal to 100% of the value of the Work that is to be warranted by the CONTRACTOR's Special Express Warranty as identified in the CONTRACTOR's Schedule of Values. Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted via email. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 10.0%. The U.S. EPA DBE goal for each loan has two components to it: a 1.3% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal and a 1.0% Female Business Enterprise (FBE) goal.
