Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,880-square-foot conference / convention center; and playground / park / athletic field.
Plans call to renovate the existing park located at the 23-acre across the river from downtown Tampa, including running and jogging paths and an extension of the Bayshore Blvd. trail, new tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, a new public boathouse and docks, a performance pavilion and green spaces for concerts, a multi-use regulation-sized field for football, lacrosse and soccer and new play areas, including a splash pad, for kids. As of November 6, 2019, project is currently under construction. However, information regarding design firm selected was not disclosed.
