The third bidder is "McDonald & Son Construction Segmented circle & windcone generally consists of removal of the existing windcone and segmented circle, excavation, base course, new segmented circle, new internally lit windcone on tip down pole and electrical improvements. This Public works Project is financed in pert by Federal Aid Funds. No contractor, Subcontractor or specialty contractor shall be required to have a current license as a Contractor in the State of Idaho in Order to submit a bid or proposal on this project: prior to award and execution of the Contract, the successful bidder shall secure an Idaho Public Works Contractor's License. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all in formalities and to negotiate Contracts terms with the Successful bidder, and the right to disregard all non Conforming non responsive or conditional bids Engineer's Estimate is $30-40k.
