Site work and paving for a civil project in Clovis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project consist of widening Shaw Avenue between Leonard and McCall Avenues from a two-lane rural road to a five- to six- lane urban arterial street. Project will construct between Leonard and Highland Avenues three westbound lanes, three eastbound lanes, bike lanes and a raised median; and between Highland and McCall Avenues construct two westbound lanes, three eastbound lanes, bike lanes, and a raised median. Project will install streetlights, traffic signal and other facilities normally found along a major street. This project will install traffic signals components at the intersections of Shaw Avenue with Leonard and McCall Avenues; construct some of the water, recycled water and sewer main facilities planned for the project area; install all of the storm water facilities the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District has planned for the project area. The project also includes the installation of one concrete box culvert at Dog Creek and two prefabricated concrete culverts at Dog Creek Tributaries #1 and #2. The project has been broken down into two phases. The first phase will include all improvements east of Leonard Avenue and the second phase will include all improvements between DeWolf and Leonard Avenues, including the construction of an overpass that will allow direct connection of the commercial developments on the north and south sides of Shaw Avenue. Funding for this project is from the Regional Measure C and Local Funds As of May 11, 2022, this project is underway. It has not been confirmed that all trades are let.
