Site work for a mixed-use development in Clovis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and pipeline.
Scope of Services PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work consists of the provision of a low emission landfill gas (LFG) enclosed flare, and blower skid (System) for the future installment at the City of Clovis Landfill (Landfill) with LFG sourced from the Landfill. City of Clovis (Owner) will purchase the System. The LFG will be sourced from the active Landfill and some existing equipment will be utilized. The existing flare will not meet the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Rule 4311 emission limits and the proposed System will be installed to meet these emission limits. Rule 4311 website. Contractor shall provide an enclosed flare system per the specifications outlined in Attachment A Enclosed Flare System Specifications. Delivery deadline for flare system is anticipated to be March 31, 2023. Vendor is responsible for understanding the landfill site conditions, LFG composition, full range of operating scenarios, and will guarantee that the flare will meet SJVAPCD Rule 4311 requirements.
