Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified General Road Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the reconstruction of Rossland Road from Church Street to Westney Road within the Town of Ajax. The project includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing asphalt, grading, drainage, storm sewers, granular base, hot mix paving, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signals, and landscaping all as specified in the Tender. The Works shall include but is not limited to: - Removal and disposal of existing asphalt - Grading - Drainage - Storm sewers - Granular base - Hot mix paving - Curb and gutter - Street lighting, traffic signals, and landscaping.
