Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

As of November 11, 2025, this Project is on hold. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, delivery, transportation and all associated services for the Craig Road Pedestrian Bridge Project (CIP # 10513) at the Upper Las Vegas Wash. The pedestrian bridge will connect the multi-use trail across Craig Road, near Berg Street. This work consists of a 10-foot-wide ADA-compliant pedestrian bridge crossings with associated approach ramps, multi-use trail including a 10-foot-wide asphalt concrete path, with t access from the bridge crossings to the street, stair access to the pedestrian bridges, drought-tolerant landscaping, irrigation systems, trail lighting, trail nodes, rest stops, and other necessary appurtenances to make a complete and serviceable project. The Project shall be completed within 300 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $3,200,000 to $3,400,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A PREBID CONFERENCE will not be held for this project.
