Construction began in early 2020 and was completed by September 1, 2021. Salem Public Library Improvement Project BID DATE & TIME: Friday, February 14th 2020 @ 2:00pm PST Bid Packages: Subcontractors for Construction Divisions 02 through 32, except for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (which is already procured) JOB WALK: Tuesday, February 4th @ 2PM; Meet at Library front entry (near parking garage). All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of bid submission.
