Marion County Business Services Department (County) is seeking A/E Service for preliminary and final design, permitting, support during bidding and construction administration for a new Evidence Building. Refer Questions to: Business Services Admin Phone number: (503) 373-4388 MCBS-contracts@co.marion.or.us The Contract is anticipated to start in no later than April 15, 2022. The Contract term shall be for the duration of the Project, including completion of construction by a separate contractor and the following one (1) year warranty period. Questions and Clarifications due to the contact on the cover page of the RFP no later than 5:00 p.m. January 28, 2022 The County also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals or to cancel or reissue the RFP. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive minor informalities in proposals provided such action is in the best interest of the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
