Renovation of a transportation facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
SAMTD is soliciting Proposals to provide services to remove, dispose current lighting and replace low hanging fluorescent fixtures and high ceiling T5 lights with more efficient LED light fixtures within the maintenance building. SAMTD is soliciting bids to provide labor, materials, and equipment to remove, replace and dispose low hanging fluorescent fixtures and high ceiling T5 lights with more efficient LED light fixtures within the maintenance building. Safety equipment is to be provided by Contractor. Required Warranty and all work as specified in PART 2 of this solicitation. o Contractor shall be licensed by the State of Oregon to do the work required under the resultant contract. o All items or services to be furnished under the solicitation and resultant contract shall meet all applicable state and federal requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard. o Contractor shall obtain and maintain in current status all applicable permits and licenses. 2.
