Site work for a water / sewer project in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is required to provide additional sanitary sewer capacity for expansion in the Sherring Industrial Park and future growth in North and Southeast Lethbridge. The Sherring Sanitary Force Main currently connects to the current gravity system on 13th Street at the North boundary of Uplands. To increase sanitary sewer capacity the force main will be extended from 13 Street N & Grace Dainty Rd N along Senic Dr N until it meets in a vault with provisions for the future 26 Ave gravity trunk line. From there it travels as a gravity main along Scenic Drive until Peenaquim View where it converts to a siphon with odour control. The Siphon will then continue to a siphon tower where it will combine with the current North Siphon and flow to the treatment plant. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
