The University will enter into a single agreement with the successful Contractor. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the FLCC, made payable to the University of Utah shall accompany the cost proposal. Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired the previous state mandated Surety Bond Forms and is now requiring the use of the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance and Payment Bond Form A312-2010.
