Project no: 21005AT, OMR-CVP-66 This Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is issued by the North Fulton Community Improvement District ("NFCID"), to solicit proposal packages (each a "Bid") from interested parties (each a "Bidder") for the construction of the Davis Drive Extension and Multimodal Improvements Mansell Road to Westside Pkwy approximately 0.55 miles including, but not limited to, the extension of Davis Dr. to Westside Parkway ("Project"). The extension will consist of constructing two 11-foot travel lanes (one in each direction) with a 4-foot bicycle lane, one on each side of the road from Mansell Road to Westside Drive, and shoulder work includes curb & gutter, sidewalk, and driveways. Other improvements include: resurfacing existing Davis Drive, storm drain installation, construction of a detention pond, water main installation, signing and marking, landscaping, and lighting.
