This PD&E will evaluate the widening of N 46th St, a 2-lane undivided road, from Bruce B Downs Blvd to Fletcher Ave, including additional travel lanes, and enhanced pedestrian, bicycle and bus facilities. Identify potential improvements on 42nd St from Skipper Rd to Fletcher Ave, and on Skipper Rd from Bruce B Downs Blvd to 46th St. Improve intersections at Bruce B Downs Blvd/Bearss Ave, Bruce B Downs Blvd/138th Ave, Bruce B Downs/Fletcher Ave and 22nd St at Bearss Ave. The project is included in the county’s 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 10, 2024, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
