Renovation of a municipal facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,727-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
Plans call for interior renovation of an existing building. The scope includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition and interior reconfiguration of non-loadbearing partition walls, door changes, upgraded lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection modifications, HVAC rooftop equipment replacement and new casework as well as a comprehensive update to floor, wall, ceiling and elevator finishes throughout the building The Contract has a Small, Disadvantaged/Minority Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal of 15%. Evidence must be provided that SBE firms are appropriately certified by a governmental certifying entity such as the State of Florida, Hillsborough County and/or the City of Tampa.
