Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Concord, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to reconstruct concrete sidewalks within the Downtown Civic District bounded approximately by Center Street, Green Street, School Street, and North State Street. Sidewalk improvements include reconstruction of existing concrete sidewalks with accessible ramps and the addition of way finding signage. Improvements and signage will be consistent with the streetscape improvements of the 2015/2016 Downtown Complete Streets Improvement Project (CIP 460). As of August 04, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2032 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
