The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified firm to provide the City with inspection and cleaning services for five water storage tank in a five-year rotation. Proposals must be received from interested firms, to be eligible for consideration by the City. Each statement shall be submitted in a sealed envelope which is clearly marked, RFP 01-23 INSPECTION AND CLEANING OF FIVE CONCRETE POTABLE WATER STORAGE TANKS IN A FIVE-YEAR ROTATION Proposals will be reviewed upon receipt. An evaluation committee will be formed comprised of City staff toevaluate the proposals. Specific evaluation criteria are provided as Appendix A in this document. In theevaluation of the proposals, the CITY, at its discretion, may obtain technical support from outside sources. Theofferors will agree to fully cooperate with the personnel of any such organization. It is anticipated that a contractwill be signed with an inspection and cleaning company by October 1, 2022. PROGRAM BACKGROUND:This program has been initiated to allow the CITY to select a firm to perform inspections and cleaning of fivepotable water storage tanks and submit a written report with pictures. The contract will be for five years withone tank cleaned and inspected per Concord's fiscal year. (July 1- June 30). The first tank will beinspected and cleaned after October 15, 2022 (FY 2023) and prior to December 31, 2022, the last tank willbe inspected and cleaned after July 1, 2026 (FY 2027). The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the proposal, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City, or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
