Saving Project...

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,600-square-foot multi-residential development.

The scope is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the Partial Roof Replacement at Pine Ridge Apartments. The work includes complete tear-off of the 1st floor north, 8th floor west and 9th floor roofs; and replacement with an EPDM membrane system, extents as shown on the documents. Total square footage to be replaced is approximately 7,600 sq. ft. he documents identify three Work Areas for roof replacement. Work Area 1 will be funded through CFP. Work Areas 2 and 3 will be funded through an insurance claim with the remaining balance funded through CFP. The successful bidder may be required to provide further breakdown of Work Areas 2 and 3, per insurance adjuster request. All questions or product substitution requests for consideration must be submitted in writing to the Architect by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019. All requests must be submitted via email to: kwaters@mcsagroup.com. The Housing Commission has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids submitted.
