Renovation of an educational facility in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of January 10, 202, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** The Project consists of: Work includes demolition of existing and installation of new emergency generator, transfer switches, electrical panels, transformers, conduit and wiring in the Physical Educational Instruction Facility (PEIF). Existing generator must stay operational until new generator is available. Several existing panelboards will be replaced and existing loads will be transferred to new panels. Minimal down time is expected for emergency power systems and existing electrical and mechanical loads. Contractor will work with Owner to schedule all outages. Mechanical work will include demolition and new installation of gas line. Generator Contractor work will include removal of existing louver and patching of exterior wall, concrete pad for generator and bollards.
