Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Design plans call for the construction of a 32,540-square-foot, two-story above grade industrial development; 33,350-square-foot industrial development; 145,570-square-foot industrial development; and 165-space industrial development.
Plans call for the construction of of a marine industrial development. The project site will be divided into three subparcels: -At Subparcel 5A.1, a single, two-story building with approximately 32,540 square foot of GFA is being designed for use by Stavis Seafoods LLC ( Stavis ). Stavis plans to relocate its current seafood processing operations from 310 Northern Avenue to this location, which will include dry storage, as well as its executive offices, which will be relocated from Boston s Fish Pier. -The second stage of the Project will occur at Subparcel 5A.2, with construction of second marine industrial building with a GFA of approximately 33,350 square feet. At present, Stavis is the most likely user of Subparcel 5A.2. -No end-user has been identified yet for Subparcel 5B. That portion of the Project Site is contemplated for approximately 145,570 square feet of marine industrial or ancillary uses, within a single building. A start date will be set once an end-user is identified. As of July 5, 2024, this project is on hold. A timeline for construction has not been established.
