Demolition of five exisiting fan coil unit systems and install ten new fan coil units and associated ductwork, piping, electrical power, HVAC controls, testing and balancing at the John Adams Courthouse located at One Pemberton Sq. in Boston. Sub Bid Deadline 5/19/22 Time 12:00 P.M. Sub Project General Contractors must be Certified by DCAMM in HVAC. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of: The project scope is to demolish five existing fan coil unit systems and install ten new fan coil units and associated ductwork, piping, electrical power, HVAC controls, and testing and balancing. Including the removal and re-installation of the existing ACT ceilings, lighting, etc, all as shown on the contract drawings. The Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) participation goals for this are 4.2% MBE and 8.8% WBE. See further information about the MBE and WBE participation program set forth in Section 8 below and the general conditions ofthe contract.
