Renovation of a water / sewer project in Highland Village, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of November 3,2020 the City staff will recommend awarding a contract to Viking Painting at the November 10th Council meeting. With the COVID-19 crisis currently underway, the City of Highland Village is conducting business in a modified manner and has closed all entry ways into City Hall in order to minimize exposure to City staff. All contractors bidding this project shall deliver their bid to the City Secretarys office by making contact at the employee entrance located on the west side of the City Hall building (see attached exhibit for directions). The City is not letting bidders stay for the bid opening. The as-read bid results will be posted on the Citys website and on the website as soon as possible after the bid opening. Once the bid tabulation has been prepared, the total bid for each bidder will be posted on the Citys website and on the website.
