Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Kirby, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of cleaning, repainting and repairs to the Peppermint Elevated Storage tank, including ladders, roof vent, roof hatch and welding. The project also includes site grading. Proposers shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
