Site work and paving for a civil project in Kirby, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of reconstruction and rehabilitation of Alan Shepard Road and the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer main in the City of Kirby. Proposals will be received for a single prime Contract. Envelopes containing the Offeror's submission shall be enclosed with the "SEALED PACKAGE LABEL" on it. Proposal guaranty shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors. Any envelopes or packages received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened. Proposals will be evaluated based on best value to the City of Kirby. Determination of best value is based on the weighted selection criteria in the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals and the ranking evaluation. The City of Kirby reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any informality in the proposals.
