Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Eagle Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified Individual/Firm/Contractors interested in designing and installing a new Toll Collection System (TCS) for the CITY's two international bridges. The TCS shall include: 1) Roadside (vehicular), 2) Pedestrian (turnstiles) and Customer Service Systems-CSS (customer service and account management). The CITY seeks to establish a contract with a qualified firm or corporation to provide full, turnkey services inclusive of maintenance as specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The CITY shall select the Offeror that submits the proposal that offers the best value for the governmental entity based on: (1) the selection criteria in this request for proposal and the weighted value for those criteria in this request for proposal; and (2) its ranking evaluation.
