The Finance Department will solicit quotations for Alarm System Monitoring Services for all City of Eagle Pass Buildings. The quote shall include fees for alarm system monitoring services during our FY2023 that begins on October 01, 2022 and ends on September 30, 2023. The City of Eagle Pass invites interested vendors to submit proposals based on their expertise and knowledge to what would be considered the "best" alarm system monitoring services. Interested vendors are encouraged to visit each facility to accurately submit a proposal. Please review the basic overview of the scope of services below. The City of Eagle Pass reserves the right to procure any additional services requested outside the contract and make a decision that is in the best interest of the City of Eagle Pass. The building information are located below. The City shall not be responsible for failure of electronic equipment or operator error. Late, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise non-responsive quotes will not be considered. All pages are intended to be used for quoting purposes and should be returned completed. Company representatives must include signature, title, phone number and email on signature page. Quotes submitted without an authorized signature will not be considered. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right, for any reason and at any time, to accept or reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities and/or irregularities, to be the sole judge of quality of workmanship, to waive any minor specification, to negotiate the terms of specifications for the project, to modify any part of the request, to issue a new request for quotes, and to award the contract in a manner which best serves the interests of the City according to the best judgment of the City.
