The City of Eagle Pass (City) requests consulting service from qualified firms to prepare a Recreation Center and Aquatic Center Feasibility Study. The Feasibility Study should provide direction to the City on critical elements for a recreation center and aquatic center that would meet the needs of the City and the surrounding area. The Study should accurately reflect current and future needs of the community regarding this project. The Feasibility Study should also include analysis of potential sites, market, and potential partnerships. Any requests for interpretation, clarification, etc. must be submitted on the Public Purchase website or via e-mail for this RFP no later than Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 5: 00p.m CST or will not be considered. The City may provide answers to all questions no later than Monday, May 16, 2022. Expected Selection and Award 6/07/2022 The City reserves the right to negotiate with all licensed individuals or companies that submit proposals in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions entirely at its discretion, waive technicalities or irregularities, and/or accept that proposal which it deems to be in the best interest of the City The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
