Every request for such interpretation or correction must be in writing via email, addressed to Anne Tarski at ahtarski@swtjc.edu by 5pm on January 5, 2023. All such interpretations and supplemental instructions will be provided in the form of written addendum added to the RFP documents by January 15, 2023 at 5pm. Questions concerning the Specifications pertaining to the RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Anne Tarski, at ahtarski@swtjc.edu by 5pm on January 5, 2023 and will be answered in the form of written addendum added to the RFP documents by January 15, 2023 at 5pm. Any questions submitted after January 5th will not be answered. Southwest Texas Junior College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as well as accept any bid or portion thereof most advantageous to the College. All bids received may be retained for 60 days prior to taking any action and bidders shall not withdraw their bids at any time thereafter. Southwest Texas Junior College will accept the bid determined to be in its best interest and it is not the intent of any condition or specification in the proposal to prohibit any responsible vendor from submitting a bid. Attached is all the necessary information needed to prepare your bid.
