Excavation of the existing roadway, preparing the subgrade for existing and new lanes, placing base course, paving hot mix asphalt (HMA), installing a noise wall along the south portion of SR 240 along the Moon River RV Resort, provide delineation, update traffic signals, pedestrian crossings, illumination and signs, due to complexities of traffic control of this area of work, a detour will be utilized, which requires overlaying with HMA of Kingsgate Way and repairing pavement as needed for Battelle Drive and Stevens Drive and other work.
