Site work for a water / sewer project in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of installing a new one-million-gallon composite elevated water storage tank, as follows: A. Construction of new 1.0 MG composite elevated storage tank including application of coating systems and installation of all necessary equipment, piping, valving, and appurtenances; B. Related telemetry and controls; C. Connection of elevated storage tank to existing water distribution system; D. Related site work grading, erosion/sediment control measures, access road, security fencing, and land scaping, and; E. Additive Alternative for Logo/Lettering to be painted on tank. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Union County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
