Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pierce, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,400-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of April 9, 2019, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a wood truss overbuild over the entire existing 25,400 SF building with 4:12 standing seam metal roof and blown-in insulation over the entire existing roof area (bottom chord of new trusses). Each entry point to the existing building will include additional roof overhangs to protect from snow drop at the door openings. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
