Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in San Luis Obispo, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of October 29, 2019, this project has been cancelled by the Owner. A closed, solicitation is below, for reference. The County of San Luis Obispo is planning to release a Request for Statements of Qualifications to Design-Build entities in August 2018 who are interested in proposing on the Design-Build project delivery for the County's Animal Services Facility project. The County hereby invites you to attend an informational meeting where the County will discuss the project along with the Design-Build delivery method and the Design-Build entity selection process to be used for this approximately $10 million construction project. Contractors and design professionals interested in being the Design Build entity and/or contractors and design professionals interested in being part of a Design-Build team, as this will be a networking opportunity for all attendees.
