Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the project consists of storm drain replacement and curb ramp construction. Each bid must be accompanied by either a: 1. certified check 2. cashier's check 3. bidder's bond made payable to the City of San Luis Obispo for an amount equal to ten percent of the bid amount as a guaranty.
