Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the project consists of storm drain replacement and curb ramp construction. Each bid must be accompanied by either a: 1. certified check 2. cashier's check 3. bidder's bond made payable to the City of San Luis Obispo for an amount equal to ten percent of the bid amount as a guaranty. Guaranty will be forfeited to the City San Luis Obispo if the bidder, to whom the contract is awarded, fails to enter into the contract. The City of San Luis Obispo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid.
