Notice is hereby given that the School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida intends to select a Construction Management firm to provide services for the renovation of approximately 26,800 square feet Building 1 at the Creative Arts Academy of St. Lucie (CAST) located at 1100 Delaware Ave, Ft. Pierce. The responsibility for submitting a response to this RFQ at the School Board of St. Lucie County, Purchasing Department on or before the stipulated time and date will be solely and strictly the responsibility of the proposer. The School Board will in no way be responsible for delays caused by the United States Postal Service or caused by any other occurrence. Any proposals received after stipulated time and date will not be accepted, nor opened, and will be returned.
