Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint-Zotique, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of the geomembranes of these two dewatering basins of its sediment storage site resulting from the dredging of the mouths of its navigable canals. The Municipality is therefore launching a public call for tenders to receive bids for professional services to carry out all the activities necessary to replace the canopies of the basins, in addition to the steps taken by the MDDELCC to obtain the certificate of authorization for the site of storage. Without limitation the mandate includes the following activities: characterization of the sediments present to allow the disposal off-site; plan preparation and specifications for basin emptying and work supervision; application for a certificate of authorization for the dewatering basins; plan preparation and specifications for the manufacture and installation of the canvases and supervision of the works. TIMELINE: The owner has cancelled the project, tender for the general contractor HYG-2019-002 and will not proceed with the construction. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
