Reference number : 1571834 Review Title : Maintenance of parks and green spaces Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Zotique wishes to enter into a weekly maintenance contract for parks and green spaces on its territory for the years 2022, 2023, 2024 with the option of renewing the contract for two additional years (2025 and 2026). The area of green spaces to be maintained is approximately 118,250 m 2 . The Municipality is therefore launching a call for tenders in order to receive bids from qualified contractors to carry out all the necessary activities leading to the maintenance of parks and green spaces. Interested individuals and companies must obtain the tender document from the electronic tendering system . Only companies with an establishment in Quebec are eligible to submit a bid. For any additional information concerning this call for tenders, please communicate by e-mail with Mr. Vincent Lapare Roads Division Manager: dast@st-zotique.com. Award: The Municipality of Saint-Zotique does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). They assume no responsibility towards the tenderers who renounce, by submitting a tender, any claim against the Municipality of Saint-Zotique. Bid Bond and Performance 10% is required.
