Project addresses as follows: Cypress Ridge High School - 7900 N Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77041 Walker Elementary School - 6424 Settlers Village Dr, Katy, TX 77449 Project scope of services includes, but is not limited to the following: Cypress Ridge High School - New culinary addition, Skylight replacement, wood floor installation and renovation to the existing hallway lockers. Culinary addition phase start: Jan. 2019, project completion: summer 2019. The remainder of project start and completion: Summer 2019. Walker Elementary School - New kitchen addition and cafeteria renovations, floor replacement, interior wall finish replacement, and cooling tower replacement. Project start and completion: summer 2019 As of August 27, 2018, Addendum 4 has been released.
