Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a 400,000-square-foot, five-story above grade municipal facility; 459-space parking garage; municipal facility; and 75-seat restaurant.

As of March 22, 2022, a design/build firm has been awarded and construction is underway. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: New Court House/ Administration Building. The project will include 24 new courtrooms, grand jury and jury assembly spaces, administration offices, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, the Hudson County Surrogate's Office, and the Sheriff's Department.
