No definite date for the rebid.** Bids will be received for general construction which includes, but not limited to, erosion and sedimentation control, removals, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, segmental retaining walls, bituminous paving and seeding. Construction shall start upon award of contract and must be completed by September 30, 2022. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check payable to McKean Township must be included with each bid. PA Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract. No Bid may be withdrawn for sixty days following the bid closing.
