The El Paso Independent School District proposes to construct a new Performing Arts Building, a new Fieldhouse and finish upgrades to portions of the existing buildings. Site work includes new parking and drives, associated utilities, landscaping and new courtyard, 5400 Sun Valley Drive, El Paso (RFCSP No. 18-079) Project No. 17-626 Andress High School and is requesting. Summary Project Description: Construction of a new 45,484 sqft. Performing Arts Building, 13,866 sqft Fieldhouse with finish upgrades to portions of the existing buildings. Site work includes new parking and drives, associated utilities, landscaping and new courtyard. Proposers are advised that the Owner's construction budget for the project is Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars $14,750,000.00. Competitive Sealed Proposals for a General Contractor for the work pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. The successful proposers will be required to fully complete the Project within the time limit set forth in the Contract Documents, and liquidated damages shall be assessed for each calendar day in excess of that date required by the successful proposer to achieve Final Acceptance of the Work by the Owner. The El Paso Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive all technicalities.
