Renovation of an educational facility in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 79,103-square-foot educational facility.
The purpose of this request is to provide Riverside Middle School with construction improvements, to include but not limited to - HVAC and roof upgrades to the old gym and installation of fire sprinkler system through-out the building. Converting the stage, old lockers rooms and the current weight room into a fine arts facility. Converting the current fine arts room into a weight/locker room area. Remodeling front administration offices, nurse, and PLC rooms, as well as remodeling the existing gang restrooms.
