This project consist of, but is not limited to, the following: New 154,000 SF three-level elementary school facility to replace the existing King Springs ES and is located on a 10 acre site on Road. The facility includes 57 Kindergarten through 5th Grade Classrooms, Cafeteria and Kitchen, Gymnasium, Media Center, 2 Computer Labs, 2 Art labs and 2 Music Labs. This site includes parking for 155 cars, playfield, 2 Playscapes and 1 playcourt. Sealed proposals are requested by Cobb County School District from General Contractors (no other license will be acceptable) for construction of: SCHOOL:King Springs Elementary School Replacement PROJECT NO.:A005 PROPOSAL NO.:RFP P1019 In order to be eligible to respond to this RFP, Contractors must pre-qualify as outlined in CCSD Board Administrative Rule FG-R, which is available on the CCSD website, www.cobbk12.org by selecting "Board" link then "Policies and Rules" link.The deadline for submitting pre-qualification requirements for this project is 3:00 PM on February 15,2019. Contractors must provide proof of previous job experience within 30% of the costof this project. CCSD will consider the submittal and respond with five days if the submittal is not accepted.
