# of Firms to Select 1 Item Description : Project Development Services Bridge deck replacement in Gibson County and multiple bridge replacements in Gibson, Knox, Posey and Vanderburgh Counties including one bundled construction contract with two bridge replacements and one intersection improvement
Item Work Description : Selected firm shall provide the following services for each of these projects: Engineer's Report, Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Design & Plan Development, Waters Report, Waterway Permits, Right-of-Way Plan Development, Title Research, Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. Other services, such as Hydraulics Analysis, Ecological Surveys, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, Karst Studies and Geotechnical Engineering may be included later if these work types become necessary. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services and Pavement Design. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
