Site work and paving for a civil project in North Castle, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This contract consists of installation of approximately 9,600 LF of 16-inch DIP CL 54 water mains and all appurtenances, precast concrete manholes, excavation and disposal of rock, asphalt milling and paving of the full road width, all site restoration, and the provision of a temporary water main with temporary customer services. Completion milestone for the project is: substantial completion within 350 days. M/WBE goals for this project are 26%. There is a project labor agreement (PLA) for the project. A bid bond in the amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the Bid will be required with submission of each bid. Bids will be received on an itemized unit price basis. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, religion, sex or national origin.
