Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
The Board of Regents of the University Of Minnesota (the "University") is requesting Proposals to provide construction manager services for a student housing and dining facility located on the Duluth (UMD) Campus (the "Project"). The UMD Student Housing and Dining project consists of two separate buildings that will be designed and constructed on a concurrent schedule. Both buildings will be managed by the selected Respondent with separate GMP agreements. The housing program will consist of a new student housing building to be designed and constructed adjacent and connected to the northern end of Griggs Hall. The dining program will involve a concurrent renovation and expansion to the Superior Dining Center. Refer to the attached Predesign Report for a more detailed breakdown of the space program, conceptual stacking diagrams and basis of design. TKDA is the Architect/Engineer of Record for the Project.
